Pri Shumate ’97 didn’t plan on becoming a global marketing leader, but when life threw her a curveball, she found exactly what she needed at Texas A&M. Hosting the international radio hour on [TAG KAMU-FM], getting sponsorships for the Texas A&M Handball Team and being a campus tour guide helped her discover a natural talent for storytelling and a people-first approach that would define her career. Those foundations propelled her into leadership positions with some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Nike, Airbnb, Columbia Sportswear and the Miami Dolphins.
