Low tension or high tension? Which one is right for your game?

String tension can make a bigger difference than many players realize. Lower tension generally gives you more power(here I feel like it's more depth than actual power, power depends on the racket and string), a higher launch angle and a softer feel, while higher tension gives you a firmer response and more predictable control.

But there’s no “perfect” tension — it depends on your racket, string, playing style and how much power/spin you generate.

What tension are you currently using?
And do you prefer low tension or high tension?
