Cheesecake topped with Brown Sugar Pecans.  Nice way to top off a great meal or just pour a cup of coffee and have it for breakfast.  Details below -2T Butter -1/2C Brown Sugar -2T Corn Syrup -1/2tsp Cinnamon  -1/4tsp Salt -Zest of 1 Orange -Juice of 1 Orange -1tsp Vanilla Paste -1C Pecans -Malort 1/2C (Optional) or use bourbon of choice **Sauce pan medium heat, add butter and slightly brown **Add Brown Sugar and mix well **Add Corn Syrup, keep mixing  **Add each ingredient in order and keep mixing **Last step, pull pan off heat add Malort then move back to heat, Flambé  **Shake pan well and keep it moving, let alcohol burn off **Pour over your Cheesecake and enjoy! #cheesecake #pecan #dessert #3piecesofpecan
