Chimi:
▪️ 2 bunches cilantro, chopped
▪️ 1 bunch parsley, chopped
▪️ 3 green onions, mid sections, thin sliced 
▪️1/4 cup vinegar 
▪️ 1/4 cup olive oil
▪️ 3 tbsp “this thing of ours” gustusvitae 
▪️ 1 tbsp Aleppo pepper 
🟩 TO MAKE: combine all ingredients, stir, and let sit 15-20 before using. All ingredients are estimates. Adjust to your own liking. Real garlic obviously works instead of my rub.
