We took my brother-in-law @thomasrunion and @madladfilms on the epic adventure to ⬇️

📍 The Sauna Cave at Gold Strike Hot Springs

It involves a 3-mile hike down into the canyon and crossing over the freezing cold Colorado River! 

Check out our adventure starting at the hot springs, crossing over the river, trekking through the 50-foot sauna cave, and finally ending back at the hot springs.

Our biggest recommendation:
💡 BRING WATER SHOES
