## Caption

Yesterday we climbed (yes... climbed) Mt. Ka'ala, the highest peak on the island of Oahu! 

8 miles roundtrip...took us 7 hours.. I only panicked once 🙉

Feeling accomplished!... and thankful for those brave souls who placed all the ropes on this trail.

This was the hardest hike I've done in a long time, mostly due to it being so wet and slippery. We were in the clouds for the majority of the hike. ➡️ Swipe to see how muddy we were at the end!

Fortunately, we clean up nice and enjoyed a big steak dinner afterwards. 😋 

(Oh boy, I watched the GoPro footage back and I am really excited to share it from this hike 🤯)
