Meet Ben Onguene! We interviewed Ben about his experience as a leader in student ministries. Check out what he shared with us below!

“My name is Ben Onguene. I am from Virginia but I was originally born in Cameroon, Africa. I’m 22 years old and I’m currently part of the internship program here at Manna University! I lead Rush Club at East Hoke Middle school. Students are amazing because of their different perspectives. I remember being that age and it’s crazy to think back at what it was like being in their shoes. Being with them as helped me to grow in my view of the world today especially from their point of view. My favorite memory is probably their enthusiasm for snacks and games during our club.

The biggest piece of advice that I would give to anyone is you get out how much you put in be invested in your students and the reward will bless you tremendously”
