My favorite things to do on the island…. A mix of business and mix of restoration.  There’s something really magical about this place. The conversations are different and i spend most of my time on porches and sitting at the feet of elders. The first time I was invited almost 10’years ago by cmonayj  she might be tired of me telling that story, that experience left a lasting impression on me. And it’s one of the main reasons we have brought some of our prize winners every year. Here’s a recap of some of my time on the island from the last few years and some of my favorite things today.  What else would you add to this list?

You must wake up early and start your day with Chris’s yoga class inkwellyoga or Polar Bears.  8am friends. 8am! His affirmations alone will get you all the way together.

Polar Bears! A 75 year old tradition. Do it once and get a life time membership.  It’s a workout and so much more.  Catch me there.

Before you get deep into all the events, deal making, wine  and all the things go get some fresh air, seafood and the best sunset on the island. mem

Last your we hosted #Capital and Caviar to connect founders to Capital it was such a vibe. Go host a beach vibe such a cool way to Power your network….and invite me🤌🏾🤌🏾🤌🏾 ***We’re not hosting any events or founders this year.
