📍 La Jolla (Bird Rock / Lower Muirlands)
The prestige play. Highest nightly rate on this list at $618 with 62% occupancy.  Every operator needs an active STRO license before taking a single booking,  which is exactly why the ones who have it do so well.

📍 Oceanside (South O / Beach District)
Your strongest yield-to-price play on the coast. Same ocean, lower cost of entry. STRs here average $378/night at 64% occupancy,  real numbers for a market where your purchase price isn’t fighting you.
