Monterey Car Week is almost upon us, which means new restomods are coming. Eccentrica's latest is the V12 Roadster, a restomod of the 1990s sports car icon known as the Lamborghini Diablo. The company says their car is a “comprehensive re-engineering” of an early Diablo, complete with a retuned 5.7-liter V-12 and an iconic gated shifter.
