## Caption

Too many players struggle with shot selection because they don’t know how to read the defense.

That’s why they end up forcing contested shots.

Here’s a simple framework:

🏀 Defender stays back → Shoot.

🏀 Defender closes out hard → Attack the closeout.

🏀 Help defender rotates
→ If there’s space, shoot the floater.
→ If there’s no space, counter finish or make the extra pass.

The defense tells you what shot to take, you just have to rep the right reads until you develop instincts.
