A sold-out field enjoyed great golf and great Canisius camaraderie Monday at an outstanding CHS Alumni Golf Classic, which had an expanded format and new excellent location at Brookfield Country Club in Clarence.

This year’s Classic, hosted by Sean Reynolds ‘95 & the Hulley Reynolds Nicholson Group of Raymond James, was moved to a standalone Monday event after years of success during Alumni Weekend.

The winning foursome taking home the coveted gold jackets as the champion of the open division was the group of Chris Poole ’98, Rich McGrath ’98, Eric Smith ’98 and Mark Nihill ’99.

The Senior Division champion blue-jacket winners were: Dan Owczarzak ’76, David Owczarzak ’79, Jud Quimby ’76 and Kevin Ganey ’76.
