These scissors get such a bad reputation, but here’s what they can actually do when used with intention:

Create a soft, textured blunt line in ONE step (not choppy, not thinned out - just perfectly lived-in)

The technique? I hold them in one position and gradually establish length instead of going in and out. This creates structure WITH movement - that soft blunt bob everyone wants but doesn’t know how to ask for.

This ONLY works on dry hair ( and not on everyone, it takes discernment and expertise to know which kind of hair). Wet hair shrinks 20-40%, so you’d lose all precision and control.
