Meet adoptable Captain, a 6 month old, 55 lb Shepherd mix puppy with the happiest face and a really lovely social little brain.

Captain might be shy for about 0.2 seconds when he meets a new dog, but after that, he is basically everyone's friend. He loves to play, loves water, and enjoys meeting people and dogs, but he is not over the top about it. He can pass by other dogs without needing to meet every single one, which is a very good puppy skill.

With people, Captain is just as sweet. He seems happy to meet anyone willing to give him a little attention, and he has that easy, friendly confidence that makes him so fun to be around.
