Meet adoptable Gumbo, a 3 month old, 13 lb mixed breed pup whose mix is so confusing we aren't sure what he is. Gumbo's mama is a 20 lbs chihuahua, but he looks nothing like a chihuahua, so we are assuming he takes after dad... either way, adoptable Gumbo is SO cute with his unique markings and eyes!

Gumbo and his family came to us as a nursing puppy after he, his siblings, and their mom were found as strays. Now that everyone has grown up, Gumbo's mom and most of his siblings have been adopted. Now, it's Gumbo's time to find his forever home!

Personality-wise, little boy Gumbo is the king of pajamas and loves a good toy to chew on. He is growing up and learning quickly about the world, and is the perfect mix of confident and snuggly puppy.

Gumbo also loves toys so much that he will happily just lay right in the toy basket, which honestly feels very efficient. Why go back and forth when you can just be one with the toy basket?
