🇵🇭✨🙌🏼 If the Philippines is on your travel list, add hapag.mnl to your food itinerary. This was easily one of the most memorable dining experiences from my trip home. Hapag brings such a beautiful, modern perspective to Filipino cuisine while still keeping the heart, flavors, and sense of place that make our food so special. As a Filipino and a chef, seeing our cuisine represented with this level of creativity and intention made me incredibly proud. And yes, there were several moments during this dinner where I genuinely wanted another serving.
