"After overcoming personal challenges at the age of 31, I became more in tune with my body and noticing things that were not normal . I had my first child and started noticing even more changes like losing my hair, brain fog and exhaustion. I started researching reasons as to why I would be losing my hair and found that a vitamin D and iodine deficiency could be the culprit. 

I had my primary run some labs and they did show from a functional medicine standpoint, I was deficient but my doctor said everything was fine. That is when I decided I needed to start being the advocate mine and my families health.

I found Dr. Cabrals podcast and I was hooked. He is so knowledge and helpful in sharing is wealth of information so when I learned about Integrative Health Practitioner Institute I knew I had to join!"
