"After many other health and wellness certifications, including Board Certification, IHP was the one that helped me hit THE home run. It filled in the missing pieces of a craving to offer more so that my clients can delve deeper.

Like many practitioners, I was led to this field craving my own healing and wholeness as I sought answers from a seemingly broken system. Although that system is fabulous for acute care, being one whose life was saved in an auto accident, I had to find the puzzle pieces myself along the way.

I’m a published author of Love Yourself to Health, and creator of Begin with You - 52 Rituals to Elevate Wellness card deck. My greatest accomplishment is raising two children who are out navigating this world while maintaining a sense of sovereignty over their well-being.

I am an empath with a deep appreciation for how “life has lived me”, nature, family, and friends.

I am the VP and Director of Coaching for Dooable Health, and I am so excited to see what 2024 brings as so many of our corporate clients and employees are interested in the biggest deep dive of their lives… the one that connects them to themselves.
