"I am the classic case of the enthusiast athlete with "normal" blood work, who didn't feel well.  I needed answers for my own health issues.

I suspected gut health issues and an electrolyte imbalance. So I chose to study [IHP] Level 2 because of the positive impact the lab results and protocols have had on my own health. I'm a NASM CPT and I now have the expertise and certainty to create next-level health for my clients!

I focus on helping fitness enthusiasts achieve wellness, weight loss, and anti-aging goals. But today there are many barriers stacked up against us. Like calories in/out, macro splits, high protein, plant-based vs. carnivore, and more. So if we don't address our imbalances and toxicities, this can make the journey more challenging.

Now, using At-Home Lab testing it's given me and my clients certainty to take their wellness to the next level. It takes some trial and error out of the equation. And I've seen excellent results with my complete wellness plan!

I've worked in the health and fitness field for 25 years. I truly believe this is a next-level approach to achieving our wellness goals. This has opened up many doorways of outreach to share the IHP message to "Heal Myself and Heal Others". I'm just getting started and I can't wait to share my expertise with many fitness enthusiasts!"
