"I’ve been a full-time hairstylist for 17 years and decided after a few years of sympathizing with clients and their health issues/diet issues/exercise regimens that I wanted to pursue another career in integrative health. It took many years before I finally followed my instinct and made the jump to focus on a new career. I decided to participate in IHP because I’ve always been passionate about learning how to heal the body and mind in all the ways that involve more than just modern medicine. As of yet, I’m using my certification towards my own life/health and eventually, once I finish level 2 move forward with my business. "
