We're absolutely thrilled to extend a warm welcome to our newest addition to the IHP community, Karrie Ozyuk, who is now a proud IHP graduate! 🎉

Karrie's journey through the Integrative Health Practitioner program has been nothing short of inspiring:

"The ability to look deeper into root cause issues was intriguing, and my rain barrel was full! I started noticing similar symptoms in my personal training clients that I was struggling to help them with. I initially started with intentions to only work on myself, but I've found such a passion for human physiology and the IHP mission I've decided this is my path, to become an IHP and help others! And with Dr. Cabral, with his expertise, vision, and clinically proven protocols for results, I feel 100% confident and supported to help others!

I've completed 3 detoxes with excellent results. Also, I've rebalanced my mineral levels and I'm onto tackling my gut health issues! Sleep, meditation, fixing my diurnal rhythm, and finally simplifying my nutrition! I'm just getting started! I've helped many clients with sleep and once Level 2 is complete, I will recommend FM lab testing to pull it all together to offer world-class service to get amazing results for them like I'm experiencing"
