Meet Jody! @jodymedorwellness

She decided to participate in IHP because she was experiencing health issues and wanted to be a good role model for her daughters and other women who are struggling like she was.

Jody applies what she learned in her IHP course by providing personal health and wellness coaching specializing in autoimmune issues, gut health, weight loss and mindset change.

She’s a Vermont native and she and her family love to go out walking, snowshoeing, running, biking and being outdoors with their dogs.
