She decided to participate in IHP2 because she wanted to learn more about integrative health and get as many credentials as possible to ensure her clients were getting well-rounded, informed care. 

What has helped her the most in her IHP journey was learning about the different systems of the body and how to rebalance them.

Katherine works in a naturopathic doctor’s office in PA and has seen the life-changing effects of holistic health protocols. Holistic health saved her life and now she is determined to help others achieve the same results.
