She decided to participate in IHP after a long-term struggle with digestion issues. As she started learning how to heal, she implemented IHP protocols into her routine and immediately saw a positive change to her health. 
 
Her IHP training is front and center in her holistic health practice and she is currently building an online presence. She is working on a detox group on Facebook that will help educate others and create community. 
 
Currently, Heather lives in Fort Collins, CO with her husband, and she loves hiking, camping, and making her own natural skin care and aromatherapy products.
