📵 No Mobile Phones Inside Major Tamil Nadu Temples!

Starting September 1, 2026, the Tamil Nadu HR&CE Department is set to enforce stricter mobile-phone restrictions at major temples. Devotees will not be allowed to carry phones inside, while photography, videos and reels will also be prohibited.
