MLB’s Field of Dreams game is a reminder that some of sports’ most memorable events happen far from traditional venues. 

This year, Aramark is managing food and beverage operations for 8,000 fans using largely temporary infrastructure — from concession stands and plumbing to power and premium hospitality spaces.

With a menu featuring Juicy Lucy burgers, Philly cheesesteaks (and lots of corn), the Field of Dreams setup pays homage to the Twins, Phillies and Iowa roots.
