I like the idea of this upcoming one… #nationalrelaxationday it’s this Saturday August 15, 2026

As I took this photo, I was relaxing on a lounge chair and catching up with a friend - dogs playing around us. Oh, I was also sipping a carbonated water too. Life was chill and serene for a little while. Definitely relaxing! 
But I don’t feel like this approach is the only way we can successfully relax.
