💙 Many thanks to the alumni, community members and visitors who joined Penn State Fayette on Dec. 5 to celebrate the campus’ 60th anniversary!

The first photo features Eugene P. Whetzel, a member of Fayette’s inaugural 1965 class and the campus’s first student government president. He graduated from Penn State University Park in 1969.

The celebration featured food and live music, lantern-lit tours, a 60-year slideshow, visits to the renovated Library and Coal and Coke Heritage Center, family activities and a home game hosted by Fayette’s women’s basketball team.
