🦁💙 Meet Sherry Scully, the Administrative Support Assistant in Penn State Fayette’s Admissions Department! Celebrating 20 years at Penn State Fayette, Sherry has guided countless students and families into higher education with her incredible wealth of institutional knowledge. She excels in event planning, outreach, and always makes an effort to support her coworkers.

Sherry is also known for her expertise in helping students with student aid, navigating the FAFSA, and directing those seeking admissions and financial help in the right direction. She truly embodies Penn State’s values, striving for excellence in all her endeavors and working together for the betterment of our University and the communities we serve.

“It’s hard to believe it’s been 20 years at Penn State Fayette. I’ve done the same job all this time and it’s ever-changing. It’s been interesting to see leadership change within Enrollment Services at the campus, and I’m confident that with the leadership currently in place, we’ll accomplish a lot. I’ve been able to define my role as I go and with that said, the hardest part for me is to watch a student struggle. If I’m able to help, I do so. The best part about that is I’ve learned so much and I grow—not just at my job—but as a person. I so appreciate the opportunity for that every day,” Sherry said when asked to reflect on her experience with the Fayette campus.

Thanks for all you do for our campus and community, Sherry!
