本名呂隆的「小隆」，是韓國中華料理名廚呂敬來的兒子。父親因參與 Netflix 實境節目《黑白大廚：料理階級大戰》，以「白湯匙」主廚的身分受到國際觀眾的矚目。小隆則走出自己的路，自2024年底開始經營 YouTube 與社群平台，透過料理、美食與跨文化觀察，建立起自己與世界連結的方式。 

初次見面，小隆給人紳士般溫和有禮的印象，但從短影音的敘事節奏，又能看見他自然流露的幽默感。「我的個性可能比較符合韓國對重視禮貌的期待，平常比較安靜。但熟悉之後，大家就會發現其實我很喜歡開玩笑，也有比較敏感的一面。我覺得那才是真正的我。」

慢熟的他，比起熱鬧寒暄，更喜歡深入的言談。他說：「以前我覺得，男人就是什麼事都自己扛。現在我覺得，男人可以做真正的自己。會求助、會表達自己的想法，用自己的方式生活，是更重要的事。」
