I spent 9 years in the NBA.

But some of the biggest lessons basketball taught me had nothing to do with basketball.

They were about self-doubt.
Discipline.
Consistency.
Leadership.
And learning how to keep moving forward when you don’t feel ready.

Today, I get to take those lessons off the court and onto the stage.

My message is simple:

Stand Tall. Start Small.

You don’t have to change everything overnight.

Start with one habit.
One decision.
One small step forward.

Do it consistently enough, and small steps can completely change the direction of your life.
