One thing I’m learning as an entrepreneur: you cannot pour from an empty cup. You can have the talent, the clients, the vision, the bookings and the hustle—but if YOU are mentally, physically and emotionally drained, eventually everything feels heavier.

I love what I do. 🎈 I love creating. I love watching an idea turn into something beautiful. But I’m also learning that protecting my peace, taking care of myself and knowing when to recharge is part of the business too.

Because a burnt-out version of me can’t build the life or business I’m working so hard for.
