These homemade Crispy Hot Honey Chicken Crunchwraps are about to be your new hyper fixation 🌮🌶️🍯

Recipe below 👇

For the chicken:

2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces

Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

1–2 tbsp oil

All-purpose flour

2 eggs, beaten

Panko breadcrumbs + Italian seasoning

Oil for frying

For the crunchwrap:

Large flour tortillas

Small flour tortillas

Nacho cheese sauce

Crispy chicken

Mike’s Original Hot Honey

Shredded mozzarella

Crispy tostada shells

Sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions

For the sauce:

½ cup mayo

1 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp Mike’s Original Hot Honey

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp cayenne (or to taste)

¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

1. Toss chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oil. Marinate 30+ min.
2. Set up 3 bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and panko + Italian seasoning. Coat chicken in flour, egg, then panko.
3. Fry at 350°F until golden and cooked through. Rest on a wire rack.
4. Whisk mayo, ketchup, Mike’s Hot Honey, garlic powder, cayenne, and pepper for the dipping sauce.
5. Warm a large tortilla. Add nacho cheese, crispy chicken, a drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey, and mozzarella. Top with a tostada shell.
6. Add sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and more mozzarella on the shell. Cover with a small tortilla, then fold the large tortilla’s edges to seal.
7. Cook seam-side down on a greased skillet, 2–3 min per side, until golden and crispy.
8. Slice in half and serve warm with the Hot Honey dipping sauce.
