A flight from Victoria to #Toronto was forced to be cancelled after a toddler standing in their seat had refused to put on their seatbelt ‼️✈️

#PorterAirlines says the child's parent and crew were unable to buckle the seatbelt before takeoff. The plane then returned to the terminal, where the family was removed from the flight 

Due to the time it took to remove the family and paperwork, the flight was cancelled and rescheduled for all other passengers 

Thoughts on this situation ⁉️🅱️🛣️
