## Caption

I love my pecosoutdoor table for cleaning fish up to about this yellowtail.  Excited to see a new addition show up any day now to make cleaning fish at home less of a chore.  I ordered a fillet table Dreams are made of from boatoutfitters to compliment my Pecos which has been phenomenal for medium and small fish. 

I try to use sandiegofishprocessing whenever possible but there are days where I need to get the job done myself.  It's almost therapeutic at times and brings me back to the days of cutting fish on the sportboats.

We kept one yellow and a dozen mixed other species and it yielded a LOT of meat.  A reminder to not don't over do it when harvesting.  I keep fish once every few months and it's plenty to feed my friends and family.
