#TSRUPdatez: #PerezHilton’s mother, #TeresitaLavandeira, has filed for temporary custody of his three children following a concerning livestream that led to his hospitalization.

According to court records obtained by People, Lavandeira filed the petition in Miami family court on Aug. 7, three days after Hilton appeared to harm himself during an Aug. 4 livestream from his home.

Authorities responded after receiving reports of a suicide attempt, and Hilton, 48, was hospitalized under Florida’s Baker Act, which allows someone to be involuntarily held if they are believed to pose a threat to themselves or others.
