Queenstown > Milford Sound > Lake Pukaki = the best of New Zealand landscape 

We got to see rainbows, snowing mountains between tall rainforest trees, rare Kia bird sightings, sheet; rainfall, lightening, a thousand waterfalls off mountains, fog, mountain passes, creeks, and the peaceful noise of rain, water and birds all the way through
