What makes someone a champion? 
This is what I’ve asked to the thousands of kids in front of me, all of them with a dream to become someone in life. 
My answer to them is that a Champion is someone who makes the right choices when nobody is watching. 
Victory and celebrations are a consequence of daily choices, that remain mostly unseen but bring you to your goals. 
Even mistakes: if you learn from them you come back stronger. They become part of your success. 
The difficulties I’ve faced when I was young helped to build my character. 
And also, when you rise, support who is next to you to rise with you. 
No one wins alone, it’s all about the team! 
Let’s all work united for a better inclusive society where all can make the difference.
