Sedona Dump 🏜️

There’s something about stepping away from your normal routine, being surrounded by ladies you love, moving your body, eating good food, laughing way too much, and having absolutely nowhere you have to be that gives your brain room to exhale. For me, the timing of this trip couldn’t have been better.

I’m coming home to a new chapter that I’m incredibly excited about, but that I also know is going to require a new level of intention from me. That means new responsibilities, new routines, and finding new ways to make room for all the things I’ve decided I’m NOT willing to choose between. So before the calendars get fuller and the pace picks up, I got a few days to just be.

I came to Sedona excited about what’s next and I’m leaving recharged and ready to jump in ♥️
