I saw that there was a new black on wing spot in deep ellum so I had to pull up and check them out! wingsbythep 

Simple menu, unique flavors and they cook the wings well, a little big for me personally, but I know a lot of y'all love big wings. 

- jalapeño lemon pepper wings 🔥
- Kickin Thai wings 
- Fries 
- Pound sauce 

Wings were cooked well, and sauced down... but what I couldn't rock with were the fries. 

 $8 for fries is a lil crazy imo, it'd be a much better value to just get the kids meal, which comes with tenders, fries, and a drink for a dollar or two more. 

Worth pulling up for the wings (& tenders) but id skip the fries!
