Mom timeout officially unlocked! 🧖‍♀️✨💆‍♀️

Sometimes you don’t need a vacation—you just need a few hours to reset, recharge, and remember that taking care of YOU matters too. 💕 And kingspa_newjersey in 📍 Palisades Park was the perfect little escape without leaving Bergen County! 🙌

We spent the day exploring the different themed sauna rooms 🔥, learning about the benefits of each one, sweating out all the stress 😅, and even braving the Ice Room! 🧊❄️ The cold room is chilled to just above freezing and is said to stimulate blood flow and tighten pores.

There are also relaxing pools, massages and acupressure treatments 💆‍♀️, and plenty of spaces to slow down and just breathe.

And of course, we had to refuel! 🥢❤️ Their café serves Korean favorites and fresh drinks, making it easy to turn your spa day into a full day of relaxation and nourishment.
