Longruns in den Bergen gemeinsam mit anderen zu teilen, macht für sie alles leichter. Die Höhenmeter fühlen sich weniger hart an und die Zeit vergeht wie im Flug.

Wenn die Motivation mal fehlt, empfiehlt Rea, sich einen Laufbuddy zu suchen und ein Ziel zu setzen. So fällt es leichter, in die Laufschuhe zu schlüpfen und loszulaufen – und nebenbei entsteht eine starke Verbindung durch das gemeinsame Erlebnis. 🙌
