Creamy Avocado Toast with Garlic-Butter Shrimp

A quick weekend lunch that came out absolutely delicious!

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 fresh tomato, diced
3 large shrimp
1 thick slice Italian bread
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp butter
Olive oil
Salt & black pepper

Mix the avocado with cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Brush both sides of the Italian bread with olive oil and air fry at 375°F for 3–5 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Sauté the garlic in butter, add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Spread the creamy avocado over the toast, add the diced tomatoes and finish with the garlic-butter shrimp.

Simple, fresh and packed with flavor.
