no lidar, no depth sensor, no expensive scanning rig, just the footage you already have sitting in your camera roll

you drop the mp4 in, and it comes back as a walkable scene made of nearly a million points, running smooth at 60fps, and the wild part is it all happens on your own gpu

nothing gets uploaded, no cloud, no subscription, no account, nothing ever leaves your machine

this is the kind of thing that used to cost thousands in gear and a studio setup, and now it’s a free repo and a graphics card, quietly sitting on github while most people scroll past it
