Four wildfires continue to burn across nearly 85,000 acres in the Mount Hood National Forest, shutting down ski resorts, highways and campgrounds across the mountain.

Meanwhile, the Wrights Springs fire burns out of control in southern Oregon and the Big Grass fire became the largest in modern state history Tuesday, scorching nearly 580,000 acres across eastern Oregon and western Idaho.
