If you are looking for an excuse to relax and lounge at home today, this day is for you. August 10th is National Lazy Day! For today, Howard letterpress printed an image from electrotype (copy of a woodcut) from the Lewis Winter Collection. This electrotype was made 125-135 years ago and it depicts a farmer relaxing, probably after a long day at work. This was printed with red rubber base ink using our Washington hand press.  #SacHistoryMuseum #lazy #art #museumtok #printing
