These were amazing!!!!!!!!!!

So easy and simple nice mid week dinner 

Cover your tacos 3/4 with your chuck mince ( high fat ) cook and flip add Texas ranch and a cheese slice lid down until cheese is melted, chopped lettuce and sauce 👇

Mac sauce:

Mayo 
Ketchup 
Mustard
Chilli jam 
Chopped picked plus a splash of juice
