📊 Runway capital: how much money your business needs to survive the first 12-24 months. Best if you calculate the full 36 months of the visa duration. 

💰 Founder funding: the number you calculate by adding up EVERY cost: incorporation, marketing, payroll for year 2 and 3, and beyond

There’s no magic number. There’s YOUR number, and you need to know it and defend it in your business plan.
