I’m loving doing my Sadhana (spiritual practice) on the beach at sunrise instead of indoors like I normally do. Yoga, breathwork and meditation in nature brings us into even more harmony with our True Self as one with nature rather than being separate from. It calms our minds, heals our bodies and awakens our Souls.
