A HUGE thank you to everyone who joined us for an unforgettable 4-course dinner pairing featuring Chef José Avila and Dylan Sloan, co-founder of Mezcal Vago! 🍽️🥃

The food was spectacular, and the mezcal pairings were perfect. The evening wouldn't have been possible without Chef José and his talented team and our very own Chef Veronica and the Palenque crew. Thanks to everyone in the front-of-house and behind the scenes for helping to make this happen. (thanks for these pics Tony White).

Most importantly, thank you to all of our incredible guests. Your energy made the night truly special.
